Irrespective of nationality, everyone can buy property in UAE. The following documents are required in order to purchase property
Singular Person
Every individual purchasing property in Dubai must have a valid passport. In addition, a signed Buyer Agreement, known as Form B, must be signed by the purchaser.
As an Association
For companies, the following are required: a Certificate of Incorporation, a Memorandum and Articles of Association, a Board Resolution, a Power of Attorney, and a signed Buyer Agreement, known as Form B.
As a Foreign Association
An overseas company must provide all of the above, which must be attested by the UAE Embassy. A Memorandum and Articles of Association must be signed by the buyer.
